L'Oréal Paris came to us looking for a social media makeover. So we set out to create a new voice, identity and look-and-feel that would freshen up the heritage brand and re-introduce it to the world of discerning beauty girlies. Enter: Camille. Our internal persona that anchored the brand into a new reality across the social landscape…more down-to-earth, more inspiring, more engaging and something the L’Oréal woman could actually see herself in.
High-order concepts funneled into executions across the entire social ecosystem: photo/video shoots, 360 product campaigns, the launch of their Tumblr page, branded content with big name influencers, digital products, social campaigns, ads, activations, and more brought L’Oréal Paris into the new era of social.
